When people try to change patterns, they usually focus on the pattern itself.
They try to stop overthinking.

You don’t have to track all of them.
But you can start to notice.
When something feels off, what is it actually like underneath?
Tight?
Fast?
Scattered?
Unstable?
And when something helps, even a little—
what changed?
