I’ve started over a lot.

After college, I moved to Chicago. I lasted three years. The job was terrible. My boss was an asshole. My girlfriend and I were fighting all the time.

So I left.

Denver was better for a while.

Then work became a mess there too. I stopped talking to most of the people I knew. Eventually, there wasn’t much keeping me there.

So I moved again.

New job. New apartment. New people.

For a while, things were good.

They usually are.

I’m thinking about moving again now. There’s nothing really keeping me here anymore.

I’ve been looking at places in Oregon.

I think I’d be happier there.
