I’m tired when I wake up.

By the middle of the afternoon, I’m tired again. By the time I get home, I don’t want to do much of anything.

I keep thinking I need more sleep. A quieter weekend. A few days off. Maybe a vacation.

Sometimes those things help. But somehow I’m tired again.

I’ve wondered if I’m getting older. If I need to exercise more. Eat better. Go to bed earlier. Stop drinking so much coffee.

Maybe I’m just someone who doesn’t have much energy.

Mostly, I’ve gotten used to it.

I’m tired all the time.
